Product Details

DIF 10034 is a direct drop-in upgrade for the hard lines that come with S13 / SR20DET engine with Bottom Mount Turbocharger. Stock hard lines tend to crack and leak and are very difficult to work with due to the inherent rigidity of the material. Because the hard lines do not give, it may cause the installer to mis-thread the banjo bolts into the block and messing up the fragile aluminum treads. DIF turbo lines are made from a seamless synthetic CPE inner with an integral stainless steel braid and a high tensile stainless steel outer braid which allows the line to be flexible yet still strong. This results in lines that are much easier to install and maintain. The original coolant line banjo bolts are swapped for AN to metric adapter fittings for a better seal. This is a highly recommended upgrade for everyone planning to work on their turbo. This kit includes everything you need to completely replace the stock lines for a easy bolt-on installation. The oil restrictor included in this kit is made to match original equipment specifications (.062 in / 1.6 mm). The oil restrictor may be substituted in the future so the lines can be reused for different type of turbochargers.

Great product, lines fit great, came with everything needed and new crush washers. I installed them with the ex. mani and turbo still on the motor. I think it was the washers for oil line that the i.d. on them was too small and the banjo bolt wouldnt go through it, but i had some extra brand new oem washers laying around so it wasnt a big deal. The only thing i would change about them is on the water feed line, to have two 90* fittings instead of one straight and one 90*. But again not a big deal, just personal preference.. overall they fit great and i didnt have any problems getting them on with the turbo still on the car

These lines were great and came with all brass washers and fittings. Only thing i would suggest is to HAVE everything off on the exhaust side and tighten every thing securely enough. The hard lines on my stock t25 helped me into stripping my oil feed hole out of the block. Had to tap and insert bigger AN fittings.

good product but the coolant line to the turbo the end piece didnt spin how it was supposed to so it made it really hard to put on. i had to pull the turbo back out to be able to tighten it.
