The Circuit Sports shift collar is designed to replace the original plastic shift collar on the bottom of the shifter.  Sometimes people doing swaps will find that their plastic is broken so they will need to use something.  Upgrade your shifter with a nice metal one!

  The difference between this bushing and the stock bushing is night and day. I can tell my car is in gear now and my shifts are much more accurate. This is a must buy for all 240 owners.

  Makes shifting feel better than new. Super easy to install especially if your plastic bushing was nowhere to be found when removed.

  Yes these work in RB25's Very easy to install. I recommend that you use a vice to hold the stock plastic bushing while you pull up to pop the shifter out.
