Greddy CA18DET Metal Head Gasket. Increasing horsepower means increasing cylinder pressure. Greddy's metal reinforced head gaskets are designed to withstand the extreme temperature and cylinder pressure of an ultra high output engine. This is a must upgrade for people running high boost. These gaskets can withstand plenty of abuse compared to the OEM paper gaskets. Head gasket is available in various thicknesses. Other sizes are available in the head gasket section.
