Product Details

Nismo 54480-RSS51US Power Brace S14 S15 Chassis

This Nismo Power Brace is designed to strengthen the chassis and improve transient response by connecting the tension rod brackets. The power brace reduces movement of the tension and control arms during hard cornering. When installed, handling and steering will improve and it is legal for SCCA Solo, IT, or Production racing. Replacing the tension rod is recommended when upgrading to the power brace since the tension rod connects to the power brace. A very popular and highly effective suspension upgrade. Once it's on, you will definately notice the difference!

Parts Arrived fast, took no "persuading" to make my brace to fit unlike the other guy. Stiffened up the front a whole lot. It took a almost all of the shimmy out of my front end on the highway. Awesome part for the money.

Expect to "persuade" the power brace to align to fit if DIY. I had to bolt up one end and wedge a screw driver into one of the bolt holes on the other end and align the bolt hole for one of the bolts to fit. While holding the screw driver in place, I had one bolt hand fitted and bolted in with a impact gun. Other than that, the power brace installed fine.
