All orders are processed on a first come, first serve basis. Any backordered item(s) on the order will ship separately unless requested. Orders made on FRSport.com through the website, phone, fax, or by any other means are subjected to be held until all payment(s) clear. Accepted forms of payment are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, check, money order, cash, COD, or wire transfers. COD and wire transfers are only available for wholesale accounts with business information on file. All orders shipped within California will be charged an additional 8.00% sales tax. All order transactions are 128-bit SSL secured, verifiable by with a yellow lock in the bottom right corner of the browser window or in the address bar.
Shipping & Handling
FRSport will only ship to an address that is on file with the credit card. It can be either the Billing address or a Secondary / Alternate address. Orders that are paid via Paypal can only ship to the confirmed address. No exceptions!
All orders are usually processed within 3 business days and shipped same or next day if in stock. FRSport does not guarantee a delivery date for items that are out of stock and/or backordered. Buyer must notify us for any special shipping arrangements. All PO BOX and APO/FPO addresses must select USPS as a shipping method because UPS does not deliver to PO BOX and APO/FPO addresses. All shipments that are refused or undeliverable are subjected to additional shipping costs and/or the restocking fee of 20%. Signature may be required for some packages. If you have received an incorrect item, please notify us within 2 days of receiving the item.
All packages leaving our warehouse are carefully packaged, insulated, and inspected for accuracy. If you received a package that appears to be damaged, please inspect in presence of carrier before signing. All damage claims will be made with their respective carrier and FRSport will ship you replacement item(s) after the claim has been processed and reimbursed. If a replacement item is not available, FRSport will refund you the item(s) amount.
Will Call / Pick Up
Will call orders will require a government issued ID. The credit/debit card holder must be present to pick up the item(s). We cannot release the order unless you are the person who paid for the item(s). Please call us in advance to ensure your order is ready for will call or pick up.
All items sold by FRSport are only warranted through their respective manufacturers. Please check the item(s) manufacturer for more details. No warranty will be available if the item(s) are mishandled, abused, or used. Some item(s) have serial numbers and production numbers to provide a traceable origin and destination and is well documented before leaving our warehouse for warranty purposes. If you received a defective item, we can file a warranty claim through the manufacturer, but it does not guarantee a replacement part as that decision is up to the manufacturer of the item(s). The customer is responsible for all shipping/handling costs associated for item(s) that are warranted. Please email Warranty@FRSport.com for the RMA number.
Refunds & Exchanges
Requests for refunds are only allowed within 14 days of delivery date and exchanges are allowed up to 30 days of delivery date. Exchanges must be made at the same price or more. Refund and exchange requests are subject to approval. All item(s) returned requires a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number for processing. Please email Warranty@FRSport.com for the RMA number. Item(s) without the RMA number will not be processed. Original receipt must be included with all returns, along with contact information (address and phone). All approved returns will be credited in the same form as payment received, as store credit, or exchanged with the exact item(s). A 20% restocking fee will be assessed for all refunds. Returns may be exchanged for items of equal value to bypass the restocking fee.
There are no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges for installed, used items, special order items, and custom order items. Special order items and/or custom order items are denoted by a note on the order by FRSport as Special Order Item or Custom Order Item. Some items that are package sealed from the manufacture cannot be accepted for return if removed from their sealed packaging such as some piston rings or engine bearings. Any shipments refused or rejected for such items do not constitute a right to refund or credit. Requests for refunds or credit will only be accepted if the order has not been processed.
We reserve the right to price match item(s). Price matching will only be honored on identical, in-stock items that are ready for delivery at a competing retailer. Items must be in brand new condition from manufacturer and only valid for internet retail. Competitor's retail site must be an authorized US retailer and located in the United States. Price matching not valid with competitor's coupons, specials, combo-package deals, rebates, promotional offers, or special purchase requirements. This price match policy is subject to change at any time.
FRSport is not responsible for any damages that results from using the item(s) purchased through FRSport. Please read all instructions and/or installation manuals carefully before using the product. Some item(s) are only legal off-road and/or off-highway and may be illegal for public roads or highways. Please check with your state and local county laws.
All prices and discounts are subject to change without notice. FRSport is not responsible for any typographical errors, misprints or computer glitches on this site and reserves the right to cancel orders that have been placed with such errors.
