K-Tuned designs and manufactures timing chain tensioner for the Honda K Series engines in conjunction with OEM Parts manufactures. This tensioner features an upgraded internal spring to support high lift cams. It also has reduced overall travel, which helps keep it tight against the chain at all times and won't allow it to back off as much as the stock unit. K-Tuned is even backing up their tensioner with a no-hassle rebuild warranty. Simply send the unit back to K-Tuned for a $60 rebuild if you see any questionable wear off if you have any question about the internal condition of the tensioner. This tensioner is sold as a kit with an o-ring sealed billet tensioner cover for easy inspection.
